Raw Paw is an artist-run print studio in Austin, TX. Their “Dreams” Shirt Design Challenge 2024 asked artists to produce a dreams-related design in only black and white. T-shirts with the various designs were then made available for pre-order from July 24 through September 4, 2024 (six weeks), at which point the shirts were screen printed and shipped.

When your head hits the pillow..."Where Do Your Dreams Take You?” My original hand-drawn design (ink on paper) captures many of the various directions that our dreams often take us, all radiating out from the central pillow starting point. Common dream themes of love, flying, time, death, falling, being chased, snakes, and even teeth (!) are all represented here. I think this t-shirt is certain to generate some questions/ conversation whenever you wear it out...and who knows, it may even help guide your dreams if you wear it to bed at night! I really enjoyed the entire process of creating this design and beyond excited to now see it on a t-shirt. I hope you love it, too!
